If you don’t have internet access :
Contact your Overton Properties Associates Property Manger at 888-607-8275
and have the following ready:

• Account and routing numbers (or voided check) for payments via eCheck
• Cardholder name, credit/debit card number, expiration date, and three-digit card
  security code for payments via credit or debit card
